The possessive s

Hi,

I know some names get the possessive s when those names are the names of human. And I sometimes see (in books) that some words get it and some don't get.
Is there a clean rule what words get and what don't get that possessive s please?

PS: I'm speaking only about that kind of s not other types of s.

Dear "fivejedjon",

I was talking about the possessive s (the ownership s) not that ending-s, (although your instructions in this case was useful as well), thanks for that.

For example, we say, America's Flag, here the America has gotten one ownership s that is America is the owner of that Flag. And also we say, Computer Science
