The positions of "both" and "neither" in sentences

Hello, I recently got my screen name and this is the first time I ask question with it. Emotion: smile

Would it be okay to say the followings?

Both Sarah and I have been to England.

Sarah and I both have been to England.

Sarah and I have both been to England.

Both of them are going to New Zealand.

They both are going to New Zealand.

They are both going to New Zealand.

Both they are going to New Zealand.

Neither of us are able to swim.

Neither Paul nor I are able to swim.

We neither are able to swim.

We are neither able to swim.

It would be wrong to say "Neither Paul and I are able to swim", wouldn't it?

Many thanks.
