The position of adverbs

Hello,

I am a bit confused, and the more I think about it, it gets more confusing, so please, if some of you have time to answer this question, I would be very grateful...

Are the constructions such as I will come also and I will too come possible in English?

You: I will come tomorrow, too.

or

I, too, will come tomorrow.

I believe that "I will too come tomorrow" is "good" English,

but it has a different meaning.
