The position of adverb 'already' in perfect tense.

Hi teachers!

I have known that 'already' always comes between have and PP like in

1. I have already finished my HW.

However, I found the following sentence and wonder why the adverb comes after PP.

2. The train will have left already by then.

Thank you very much!
