Tory rebel remainers have warned the PM that her changes to the EU withdrawal bill before its return to the House of Commons this week do not go far enough to head off a revolt.
Is "the PM" an indirect object in the sentence above?

That's what I would call it (from give her a warning), though I find that agreement on this point is hardly universal.
