The diagrams illustrate two different plans for designing a room which will be used to be served to training sessions.
Overall it is clear that the principal difference between the plan A and the plan B is the number of items and the capacity of each design. With the layout of accommodating up to ten peoples and less furniture arrangement, the room in the plan A seems to be more spacious than the plan B.
Looking at the plan A we can see that three tables are placed in the middle of room forming the shape of the letter U and ten chairs are arranged around these tables. In contrast, there are small gaps between the tables which possibly make to add some extra seats and comfortable walkways for more people.
In plan A’s design, there is only one white board, and it is placed in front of the tables together with the presenter’s chair. However, the plan B has two white boards are put behind the chair of the presenter. Furthermore, it can be seen that both the design equally have morning tea counter but the arrangement of them is not the same. While morning tea is served at the back of the room behind the tables in plan A, it can be found in one corner of the room in the layout in plan B.
