The pictures illustrate how to transform recycled plastic bottles into clothes.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are 3 main stages in the process of producing clothes, involving the collection and sorting of bottles, followed by cleaning and processing, and finally the actual production of clothes.
At the beginning, collected plastic bottles are transported by the trucks to the factories. Then, as soon as the bottles are sorted, they are cut into small plastic pieces in a specialized machine. Next, these pieces are washed and left in the sun to dry for 10 hours.
Following this, pieces are put into a boiling machine, after which the melted substance is strained and made into yarn. Subsequently, the yarn is weaved into fabric that is suitable for making clothes and rolled up into separate units. The final stage is the production of clothes made from these fabrics.
