The perfect sentence

How to make the perfect sentence.
I saw the above sentence as an example in a YouTube video about writing sentences year 1.
Why did they use definite article the in "perfect sentence" and not indefinite article instead- a perfect sentence?

It's fairly common with 'perfect' and its synonyms. It implies there is only one such thing that exists, but of course that's not true. Basically, it means the perfect example of whatever it is for you at the time and place you need it.
