Hi,

To "You can rest assured that we will do all we can.",

I give the perception to it and ask anybody for providing remedy for me.

the perception of "to rest assured": You can rest yourself in us when the thing is assured that we will do all we can.

Did you mean: You can take a rest because we assure unto you that we will do all we can?

That way is same as? : He witness unto the Father that he would be obedient unto him in keeping his commandments.

We do not use 'unto' any more. It is restricted almost exclusively to the Bible (17th century) and Unto This Last (which is also of Biblical origin.)
