The park that I go.

Hey folks,
I'd like to ask you guys if the phrase "the park that I go" as in "This is the park that I go" is grammatical.

I'll show you five variations. 

(1) This is the park that I go.
(2) This is the park I go.
(3) This is the park where I go.
(4) This is the park that I go to.
(5) This is the park I go to.

I'd like to know what native speakers' take is on the list.

Only #4 and #5 are correct and natural. Although I wouldn’t call #3 wrong, it’s not very natural.
