The paralelism

i think we should use paralel tenses in english writing but i saw the sentence like this:

Write what you have done and and what will you do

is this sentence right? or you may correct the sentences.

Apart from the typo ("and and") and the missing period, it looks acceptable to me. However, it would in my opinion usually be better to say "Describe/explain what you have done and what you are planning/intending to do." (Usually it will be clear from the context that a written description/explanation is expected.)
