The pants/center

The pants is loose in the back thigh.
The pants got loose in the back thigh.
She is the center of the evil.( to mean that she is so mean as to have all kinds of evil in her)

I made these sentences, could anyone correct me where it's akward?

Actually, the situation is that my friend exercised for weeks and I figured that she got slim.
So I see her walking in jeans in her back and notice her jeans got much room in her back thigh part than before.

So I wonder what is the appropriate words to say in this situation.
By the way, this sentence " So I see her walking in jeans in her back" which means that i am behind her is
