The or no The?

I am puzzled which form is correct:

"The venture I am now working on aims at..."

or

"Venture I am now working on aims at..."

or

"A venture I am now working on aims at..."

In the text I previously mentioned projects I compleated and this is the first refference to the one I am working on right now.
