The oppsite of " pick me up" and how to use out/off/ up in expressions

00 Is " drop me off" the oppsite of " pick me up"?? and what about if someone has a hair problem do i say her hair is falling out or off?? and why?? whats the differents? how can i know the differents between using OFF or OUT in any expressions? knowing which one is right! even in other expressions.02br

0I don't know if "opposite" is the right word, but the two phrases are often used together. I'll drop you off at the movie theater at 2:30, and I will plan to pick you up around 5.0-
