The opposite side is true or vice versa

Hello,Could you please tell me which word is better?It happens most of the time when  the boss is a man. Young girls soon get promotions and become a manager and the opposite side is true, vice versa when a young handsome man gets  a job and without making much effort gets promotions , he  can go to work at 10 am since he cares very well of his boss who looks like/ is a witch.Thank you in advance.

I watched a video clip on English, baby . A slicker employee was promoted, in my comment I had a problem to find the correct word.

Usually, young female employees who are not qualified get promoted in some companies but the contrary/ the opposite / (something that is rare )could happen as well when a handsome young man who slicks off will get promotions thanks to his old ugly female boss.

What do you say in English. When the opposite of something can occur? For example, A doctor is supposed to be helpful and do not harm a patient but the contrary / the opposite can happen when a doctor deliberately harms a patient.

Mr. Micawber, I'm a student and used to be blunt. It is hard not to talk about politics since we my hurt someone's feeling, or reality of life.

It reminds me a book that I read in the past, The plot was around the Second World War , the Russian officer continuously complained to his commander about his soldiers that they drank and disappeared to pick up women, gambled. One day he came from his meeting and saw a bunch of female soldiers were in tents. He called his commander and told him , I asked you for obedient, submissive soldiers but you sent me a bunch of women to fight. Then his commander said to him a solder who doesn't drink ,gamble and pick up the women would be a female solder!

If I can't ask a question from a teacher, I should ask from whom.

Honestly, I admire your job, few people allocate their time to Help students. I've noticed some people especially give wrong answer, probably to feel better about themselves.

I saw a video clip on a site called "English, Baby!"

Put the title of the website in quotation marks.

Then Mr. M. will understand that "baby" is part of the site name and you are not addressing him as "baby."

I think in your original question, you are trying to say something like this:

Young women who are pretty but not very qualified are often promoted by male managers who admire them. Similarly, good-looking young men might be promoted without much effort if the manager is a woman.

I would say "similarly" here. To me, "the opposite" of the situation you describe would be pretty young women not being promoted even when they deserve it, if a female manager is jealous of their looks. (Of course, a complicated situation might have several different "opposites.")

I have no idea what you mean by "he cares very well of his boss," and I really think that what the female boss looks like is not relevant here (unless you think that only ugly women would promote good-looking men.)

Also, your use of "a slicker employee" and "slicks off" are not correct. An employee who is lazy and doesn't work hard "slacks off," but I would not call him "a slacker employee." "A lazy employee" would be better if that's what you mean.

Thank you so much Khoff. I was in a very awkward situation. My English is still limping and I've tried to explain but I made worse. Today by accident I was looking on my old questions. Honestly, I didn't have any intention to hurt Mr. Micawber. For us, freedom of expression comes first. When I can't talk about political or something because .... or if somebody says don't say ... it is like a red rag to a bull. Unfortunately, I couldn't harness and control my anger. I come from a country where people are arrested or dismissed from the university because of expressing their opinion. We have learned to live in horror and fear. I didn't have a normal life. I admit I couldn't control my anger BUT I did't have any intention to hurt Mr. Micawber. At least in his forum, I have more chance to express my opinion. Hope, Mr. Micawber can understand me. I'm deeply sorry , Mr. Micawber.
