of Jesus Crist (here, [of] = belonging to) (and the stress in speech in here)

of latter-day saints (here, [of] = containing / the duty of the church directed towards latter-day saints)

2. In [Everything at the party spoke of careful planning.], the logic flow chart of language is:

everything at the party (the stress in speech in here)

spoke

of careful planning (here, [of] = showing / directed towards / proving )

3. In [Everyone speaks very well of her.], the chart is;

of her (here, [of] = about / the object of the action to speak well is her) (and the stress in speech in here)
