Each year, there are millions of vehicle accidents which send people to hospitals or even to underground. Therefore, improving safety of roads has been receiving most of people’s attention over the world. Some individuals suggest that addressing much harsher penalties on drivers who break the rules is the only method to eradicate this situation. On my way of thinking, this idea is among those feasible approaches in this case.
Honestly, strict punishments, to some extent, can help us to diminish some bad performances on the roads. In other words, this kind of method is use to generate instant commitment of faulty citizens, thus increasing the number of city dwellers who abide by traffic rules.
However, to achieve the goal of reducing fatal vehicle accidents rate in the long run, I highly recommend that the government should give an intensive session which not only teach people how to drive safely but also show them about the importance of following disciplines to their lives. In addition, some role models should be given awards for their proffesional ettiquetes on the roads. Personally, I suppose that this idea will benefit people from every generation because it makes them understand the law throughoutly, then follow the rules intentionally. This requires a lot of concerted effort from both the government and citizens of a nation.
To conclude, reducing accidents on the road is an extremely difficult task to deal with. Consequently, the government ought to exercise a wide range of methof\ds such as strict punishments, intensive course,… and so on to make sure that they can keep our roads safe.
