The only time "I am cooking/have cooked"

I have made up the sentences.

Suppose that you are cooking spaghetti now.

(1) This is the only time I'm cooking spaghetti.

(2) This is the only time I've cooked spaghetti.

Which verb form of "cook" is correct? Thanks.
