The one is dirty in two meanings.

e.g. Two people are racing now. One is running keeping a little lead and spat at another one.

Does it sound natural to say "The one is dirty in two meanings."?

1. To spit at someone is a dirty thing physically.

2. To spit at someone during a race is dirty morally since the act is interrupting the runner.

Therefore I thought if the one could be said "He/She is dirty in two meanings."

Actually the comic, One Piece, is Japanese as original. Therefore I personally guess the translation into English is not really good even though the comic is published more than vol.50...
