The omitted words

HALE : It means if I'd have known that this is how this whole thing was going to turn out, I'd have gotten some crab job with the Feds. Push pencils. Drink coffee all day long behind a desk. God, that sounds good.

I'd like to know if "would have"s are implied before both "push" and "drink."

If so, I was wondering why they should be "push," 'drink," not "pushed" and "drunk" respectively.
