Is it possible that in the following case, 'that' is omitted?

1) When the antecedent of 'that clause' is modified by a superlative or a determiner as like the very, the only, the same, the first or the last...

3) When the verb 'be' is positioned at the end of the relative clause 'that clause'.

I want to get my son back ( that ) he actually is.

4) When the antecedent of 'that clause' is an interrogative pronoun.

Who ( that ) has talked with her does not know the tenderness of her heart?

What ( that ) is in this case is useful?

5) When 'that clause' is a argument clause.

It cannot be omitted when the 'that' is not the object of the clause. Therefore, 'that' must be used here:

He is the first man that purchased our goods.
He fixed almost anything that needed repairing.
She talked to nearly everyone that lives here.

OK, thank you both, but I saw the 'that' of the subject relative clause was omitted.
I suppose that wasn't grammatical.
Are you both are acquaintances each other?

Just here. We would either get gloriously drunk or commit mutual mayhem if we met in person.

I Know, I hope you both will get along well.
Anyway, are there any cases the 'that' is omitted except that the 'that' clause is the object clause?
