The older people who need employment have to compete with younger ones. What problems can this create? What are some solutions?

Nowadays, in the job market, the competition between the older and younger becomes more and more intense. There are several problems caused by this trend, and on my way, governments and authorities should try to take steps to solve this problem.

On the one hand, the competition leads to a lot of problems for both the younger and older people. Firstly, it would be hard for the older people could compete with the younger one in the term of creation and up-to-date technology. With the same ability and qualification, the younger candidate is more likely to be elected than an older counterpart, because of his longer anticipated time for devotion and the young is a huge advantage. Secondly, another problem related to job occupation. If the older continue to work, it would be hard for the younger could find a job. As a result, the younger would face with the lack of stable income in older to feed themselves and their family, which lead to the increase of unemployment and cause negative effects on societies.

On the other hand, Governments play an important role in solving this problem.To begin with, Social assistance should be provided in older to help the older have enough money for their life. In my city is a typical instance, if the older choose to retire early, they would receive a financial support from authorities, which make them could assure to stay at home and take care of their family. Furthermore, authorities should encourage international corporate groups to invest money. Consequently, it could create more job for both the younger and older and the competition between them, therefore, will be relieved.
