The object of the verb

"Letting go of the hatred that you may have allowed to bottle up inside you is actually something you do for yourself rather than for the benefit of the other person."

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me the object of the verb "may have allowed"

Is it yourself or the hatred?

Thanks
