the normal regular people sleep at night

I know that normal and regular are basically the same, if I was going to fix it would I use a comma or just eliminate one of the words?

What is this called? I tried searching, "multiple adjectives" and other things "double negative", etc. but I can't figure out what this is called..

Thanks in advance!
