The new movie is showing/ is being showm at the major movie theaters.

1. The new movie is showing at the major movie theaters.

2. The movie is being shown at the major movie theaters.

3. New cell phones were selling on the street.

4. New cell phones were being sold on the street.

I wonder which are grammatical.
