The new insanity...

Jude: Hi. Welcome to the new insanity that's G-Major Records (The new and insane G-Major?) and this is nurse Darrius' ward. Is she refering to a psychiatrical ward?

Jamie: What?
Jude: Short story is that Darrius and this new guy have now taken over G-Major Records
and they want me to sing this cover of "Stupid Girl" tonight.

Top answer

'Insane' in the sense of 'wildly unconventional'. The use of 'ward' is just a pun on the previous 'insanity'. Nurse Darrius' ward = Darrius's department/milieu.
