Hello!

Would you please check the sentence below?

When I see the great interest online (from its people) for pictorial art in New Delhi, which is a placid city, I feel sorry for my city considering its situation; frankly speaking, I envy the people of Delhi.

Technically it's fine, but:-
1. '(from its people)' interrupts the flow and so would be better without the brackets; you may have to reposition a few words to match the meaning you want, e.g. "When I see from the people of New Delhi such a great interest online for pictorial art [in that city]..."
2. Do you want 'placid'? - perhaps a different word would be better!
