The Nature of the Software

Hello!

I would like to ask what the difference is between these terms:
Nature of Software
The Nature of Software
Nature of the Software
The Nature of the Software

Have special meaning of the "The" at the front of the term? And before the Software? Which are wrong, and which are mostly used in English?

Thanks for the answer!

'The' indicates specificity or previous mention of the noun it precedes. I can say nothing more about the meanings, the 'rightness' or 'wrongness', unless the phrases appear in actual sentences in given contexts.
