The movie credits

What I`m trying to figure out is what the term is for the actor`s/actresses names when they appear at the start of a movie. Are these the title credits?

When they're at the beginning, they're the "opening credits." At the end, they're the "end credits." Some call the ones at the end the "tail credits," or "closing credits." None of it matters, because you shouldn't have anything in
