The morning-after v hangover

(1) These two words mean exactly the same, don't they?

(2) a morning-after pill ... well, I know what it usually means ( pills to avoid getting pregnant )... but...

Can it also mean a medication to "struggle" with the hangover symptoms?

Or shal I use "hangover pills" to convey the right meaning?

Mister Micawber Use 'hangover pills' or 'hair-of-the-dog pills'.

I know that 'hair-of-the-dog' (= one quick snort of whatever caused the hangover) purportedly works for some people, but my favorite remedy - back in the day, of course - was aspirin and tomato juice. Tomato juice is high in vitamin B, as is tripe soup, which is what we used in Turkey

I'll go for the tomato juice, but with a shot of vodka, please.
