Dear members

"The more they looked at the image, the more motivated they were to get to the destination moon as soon as possible."

Could I switch the word "motivated"  shown below?
Am I right that "be motivated" is more general?

"The more they looked at the image, the more they were motivated to get to the destination moon as soon as possible."
