Which one is better to you?

The more time you spend with him, the more disappointed you are.

Or is there a difference in meaning? Thank you a million in advance.

The more time you will spend with him, the more disappointed you will be.-- This is a prophecy?.

So don't we need 'will' there for a prophecy? Or is there a nuance between them? Thank you so much.

The more time you (will) spend with him the more disappointed you will be.

The first part is a dependent clause, in which native speakers normally use simple present for future while learners want to add 'will'.
