THE MORE OR THE MOST?

I was wondering how to use "The more" and "the most" in a sentence...I've seen this: "I need you "the most". and this another one: "the more" you treat me cruel". I dont understand how to use them. Please be clear(: im too dumb, and thanks in advance.
