The more difficulties the greater its triumphs through me

Hi

This-God-within-is-my-all-sufficient-strength-and-ever-present-help-in-time-of-trouble. The-more-difficulties-the-greater-its-triumphs-through-me. The-harder-my-trials,-the-faster-I-go-in-the-development-of-my-inherent-strength. Let-all-else-fail-me. This-interior-reliance-is-all-sufficient.

I'm not sure I understand the 2nd sentence. Does it say something like: the bigger the difficulties I have the bigger triumphs I achieve overcoming them?

The more difficulties the '*** within' overcomes it achieves more ( greater number of ) victories through me. A much straightforward description would be: Number of difficulties faced = Number of triumphs. The concept of '*** within' is explained in the first sentence.

Hi

Does it mean that the author believes that his strength is his *** or is he saying that *** living within him is his strength, gives him strength?

Thanks

Sorry, but that's the impression I got at first.
You have rightly pointed out. He believes in *** as an entity living within him because he also mentions 'ever-present-help'. Help can only come from 'someone'.
