Vocabulary

the mind / feelings

Cerebral is what? I searced a dictionary to see a definition of it. : related to the mind rather than to feelings : intellectual and not emotional. E.g. He's a very cerebral comedian.
?
Reading the definition, It occured to me that English speakers seem to think that the mind consists in intellect and feelings consists in emotion. Is that right?
