The men come running ?

She just flutters her eyelashes and the men come running!

'come running' is not familiar structure to me. (its meaning too)

Q1) How do you interpret it?

'type of verb' here means two verbs are coming in a row: come and run(ning).

I just though I have not seen often(or not familiar with) two verbs are coming consecutively.

Ah. Come, go and get are the common ones of this sort:

We went shopping.

They came dancing and singing down the street.

Let's get going.

And then there are many of a wider sort:

I tried jogging.

We enjoy singing.

I detest hobnobbing.

etc
