The meanings of *would* in following sentences

Hi,

What does the term would mean in following sentences please?

1- We can read from the file exactly as we would from any other sources.
2- In the real-world code the problems would typically be much harder to spot.
3- Why would you use those functions explicitly?

Thanks.

1 - conditional 'will' 2 - conditional 'will' 3 - presumably conditional 'will', though there is not enough context to be sure.
