The meaning of "we go to party"

In " Grandma's Tales," I found the following passage.
"I know," Grandma said, "that's just a side benefit of being reborn. But enough with compliments, we got to party."

Can I understand that "we got to party" means "We have got (We've got) to party," where the word "party" is a verb?
