The meaning of "to the degree that"

Hello, I'd give meaning to "that" in the following sentences. Could any native speaker give me the suggestion? (1. )What his father says is reasonable so far as it goes (= to the degree that it goes)?rephrased: it is reasonable to the degree according to that it is in itself? (2.) As far as I'm concerned the whole idea is crazy. rephrased: it is crazy to the degree according to that I am concerned. (3.)
