The meaning of this text.

" I said what I was gonna do, and I said good night. YOU SAID NOTHING!!! ... UNBELIEVABLE as you say. You are passive aggressive and tit for tat. The problem is that there is no tit from Mr!! You are tat for nothing."

A passive-aggressive person is someone who is angry but pretends not to be angry. They do nasty things to their friends behind their backs, secretly. They make life difficult for the other person.

***-for-tat - I hurt you and then you hurt me. A passive-aggressive person does not play this game directly. Their "hurting" the other person is secretive.
