The meaning of this sentence

It's related to a guy.

He's kind of thinning in the back of his head and he's sort of got a swoop.

What is the meaning of this sentence. I don't understand the meaning of "thinning in the back of the head" and "got a swoop", consequently I don't get entire sentence.

Thanks

THINNING refers to the HAIR at the back of his head. It's getting thinner - either the actual hairs are getting thinner, or they're getting more sparse, or both. For an example, see my profile photo :-/ I think the word is STOOP, not SWOOP.

  • THINNING refers to the HAIR at the back of his head.
  • It's getting thinner - either the actual hairs are getting thinner, or they're getting more sparse, or both.
  • For an example, see my profile photo :-/ I think the word is STOOP, not SWOOP.
  • Having a STOOP means that he doesn't stand up completely straight up; he looks as if he's STOOPING down.
  • If it really is SWOOP, maybe it refers to some kind of hairstyle?

I would assume since the first part of the sentence is about thinning hair, the swoop comment probably refers to a comb-over.

Combover - balding guy grows his existing hair very long, then combs it over or forward and
pastes it down across the front/top of his bald head, disguising his baldness, in the style of Donald Trump.
