It is slang expression

"X be like Y" seems to be a kind of formula for making (supposedly) amusing comments about X, e.g. on image captions. I would guess that it is deliberately ungrammatical.

GPY, you are correct, in that X be like Y is seen on image captions. However, more and more people are starting to talk like this. I hear it most from people of a lower socio-economic background.
