The meaning of the sentence

Hello, I've just read the passage from a movie but the sentence structure is too abstruse to me. can you explain what it says? Especially the second sentence.

Don't be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends.

For even the very wise cannot see all ends. = because even the most intelligent person cannot see the future.
