The Meaning of the Sentence

Hi, now I'm seeing the movie:'American Beauty' for learning English, but it has a sentence that I can't understand the meaning.

'Can you prove that you didn't offer to save my job if I let you blow me?'

This is the line that the protagonist says to his boss when he's quitting his job and tries to get his severance pay in a threatening way, and his boss's work is to fire workers who are unnecessary for the company.
I guess 'blow' means to do a blow job, and the protagonist threatens his boss that he would accuse of his boss of the thing that doesn't really exist.

However, the protagonist says that he would accuse of his boss that 'you didn't offer to save my job if I let you blow me,' and for me, it seems to be no reason for him to get fired when he let his boss blow him.

I am confused.
Thanks in advance.

The protagonist is suggesting that he will claim that his boss offered to save his job if he (the protagonist) allowed his boss to blow him. He is asking his boss if he (the boss) can prove that he did not make the offer, implying that this is bot possible, In fact, of course, there was no offer and no blowing. The protagonist is wiling to say, untruthfully, thar there was such an offer.

Oh, I see.
Which is to say, this 'didn't' negatives the whole sentence: 'you offer to save my job if I let you blow me?'
Right?
