If someone describes a projector as "extreme value projector", what does the catch phrase really mean in term of its price?  What other implications could there possibly be?  Thank you.

The phrase does not sound completely natural to me. Do you think it was written by a native speaker?

It seems to me like the literal translation of the Chinese phrase "te jia touyingqi", which means a discount projector.

te ---extreme

jia --- value

touyingqi ---projector

The actual implication the original writer tries to deliver to consumers is that there a projector with an excellent performance and yet is fairly priced. Does the catch prhrase clearly deliver this meaning? If not, is there a better way to write it?

One other implication: is there any way that a consumer would think otherwise, that it is expensive? I was only given the catch phrase alone with no other supporting documents. Sorry.

As a consumer, I know they can't all be 'the best prices'.
