Hi there,
I read a sentence “So finally, we have learned it to our unbearably bloody lessons that this is essentially SARS 2.0” in which the usage of “it to our lessons” has been confusing me. Shouldn’t it be “we have learned that...”? What is the usage of “it to our lessons” in here.
Many thanks!
I agree; I'm struggling to make the sentence make sense. Are you sure that it's been copied exactly? I would have thought it'd be better without 'it to'.
