Hi, I just wonder what meaning these sentences hold, like do they all mean '' having'' ?

- How long have you been gettting around these problems?

- How long have you got around christianity?

- are you getting around people of negativity?

Ya, that's where gets me confused a lot, because I looked up the idiom in all the dictionaries, but all my effort goes to pot, and my last option for finding out the exact meaning of those ended up here.
