Hi

John is right but - forgive me - I think it's a transitive verb, taking either simple noun or gerund..

- I can't face Sarah this morning

- I can't face going into class

Dave is so correct, and I am SO wrong. Please pardon my error.

I don't know what was running through my mind when I wrote "intransitive."

Again, my apologies for the mistake.

John
