The meaning of "dimension"

I'm really confused about these words like "structure", "scheme", "dimension".

Eysenk argues that traits such as sociability are part of a still larger dimension of personality.

In this upper sentence, what is the "dimension" meaning? Is it like a structure? or something else?

please help me to know it:)

Dimension is usually used to describe space. We live in 3 dimensions: length, width, and height.

In the sentence you gave, dimension is used to say that there are many aspects to personality, sociability being as important as the others.
