The meaning of "an Aquarian utopia"

The passage below comes from Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari.

Such a social structure is not an Aquarian utopia. It’s well documented among animals, notably our closest relatives, the chimpanzees and bonobos.
I'm not sure about the meaning of the underlined 'Aquarian utopia'.
I've been through Internet looking for what that does mean but to no avail.
Maybe Aquarians are idealists, implying they are struggling to pursue something ideal without considering realities, things in the way of reaching that goal. Alas, that's a goal impossible to reach. So that kind of goal is called Aquarian utopia.
Am I right?

Yes, you are exactly right. Although I didn't mention it in my previous post, many people of my age would associate the phrase with the stage musical Hair, 1967. The most famous song from it is usually referred to as 'The Age of Aquarius'
